The National Youth Theatre is looking for a Senior Producer to join our team. Working as a creative collaborator to our Artistic Director/CEO the ideal candidate is a dynamic, entrepreneurial and energetic leader, eager to approach income generation and partnership building with equal flair and imagination whilst supporting the core values of the company and ensuring the future lives of all our projects. We are looking for a Senior Producer with significant experience of leading artistic projects at a range of scales, confident in holding concurrent dialogue with a range of potential partners and in a breadth of contexts and for this person to be highly self-motivated.
