We are looking for an outstanding and experienced Company Stage Manager who is passionate about talent development to work with our 2020/2021 NYT REP Company. We’re looking for a CSM who shares our values of inclusion, equality and collaboration to work with us, our production team and the NYT REP Company to help create a three high quality theatre production whilst nurturing the talent of a group of talented diverse young actors from all over the UK, an early-career director who will work as the assistant director and young NYT Backstage members.
The NYT REP Company is a leading free alternative route into the theatre industry founded in 2012. Over eight months of intensive industry-based talent development, the NYT REP offers 16 actors and an early-career director unique professional, creative and personal development opportunities. This includes the chance to learn in front of an audience and gain industry exposure in three large-scale high-profile productions. Each REP member is mentored by a leading industry professional and bursaries are available to support the REP, during their time on this free initiative.
