REP Season

Tuesday Night saw the first preview performance of the NYT REP Company’s version of Frantic Assembly’s Othello hit the stage of the Ambassadors Theatre with a bang as the company got to grips with the dark and moody setting of the gritty Northern pub in which the play is set. Directed by Simon Pittman, Associate Director at Frantic Assembly, this is not one to be missed.

Take a look at this video blog from our very own Desdemona, Rebecca Hesketh-Smith.

The next day, Evan Placey’s radical reimagining of Jekyll and Hyde took to the stage for the first time. Complete with beautiful costumes (shout out to Angels Costumes), and directed by the award winning Roy Alexander Weise, this is Jekyll and Hyde like you’ve never seen it before!
