The Host
Next month sees the return of The Host to NYT! After a sell-out debut at The Yard Theatre, Nessah Muthy’s critically response to Brexit and the European refugee crisis is playing at St James’s Church, Piccadilly for three nights only.

Auditions
Our annual intake auditions kick off this weekend at National Youth Theatre on Holloway Road!
From January to March we’re heading across the country on our national Auditions and Backstage Interviews tour, looking for the best new talent the UK has to offer.

NYT in Birmingham
This weekend marks the start of the newest Start Up Saturdays term! This term, we’re hosting classes in North London, South London and, for the first time, Birmingham!

Playing Up new term
Our Playing Up company returned after the Xmas holidays this week for the new term. We’re really excited to have them all back in the room, and continuing with all the work they started with us last term!
Member Workshop with The Mono Box
Last Sunday we welcome The Mono Box to National Youth Theatre to run our first Members’ Event of the year – an Audition Advice workshop. Founded by NYT Alumni Joan and Polly, THE MONO BOX is not-for-profit network that caters for actors and theatre-makers seeking alternative, affordable training!
