Posted 22 Jul 2023 by Joe Duggan

We want to meet new people interested in working with us here at National Youth Theatre on all things digital and we want everyone to feel comfortable applying to join our friendly team.

We’re looking for a creative and passionate digital communicator to join our team as a Digital Apprentice. This is a new apprenticeship role based within the Communications Team that will support our online content creation across our activity including productions, courses and shows. The role will also support our ground-breaking digital programme, which explores how new immersive technologies can be used to tell stories and create live experiences.

If you’re a creative social media addict, who loves creating video content and are looking to pursue a career in creative communications then this could be the role for you. No professional experience is necessary, just a flair for finding an audience online and an enthusiasm to learn.

We actively encourage applications from people from backgrounds currently underrepresented in the arts, including people with disability and people from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds. Benefits include free theatre tickets and a generous holiday allowance.

We want everyone who’s interested in this role and meets the below criteria to feel comfortable applying. The interview process will be friendly, open and fair and like everyone we meet at NYT, we want you to be your best.
