The National Youth Theatre is looking for an experienced and discerning Venue Operations Manager to join our senior management team at this important moment for young people and our charity as we respond to Covid-19, open our redeveloped National Production House and continue to expand our work around the UK. This post will lead on our public facing Venue and Customer Services, the facilitation of Commercial Hires at our premises, balancing NYT’s public productions and programmes alongside General Management duties. We’re looking for a skilled and collaborative candidate with venue management experience who shares our values of inclusion and equality and is passionate about empowering young people.

Salary: £45,000-50,000 pro rata depending on experience
