This Week at NYT | Chic to Cheek Success

Posted 29 Jul 2023 by Joe Duggan

It’s been a huge week for NYT! We kicked off our week in style with our huge annual fundraiser, read on to find out how it all went!

Chic to Cheek

On Monday night NYT Members past and present gathered, alongside supporters of NYT both old and new for our brilliant fundraising gala dinner Chic to Cheek at Café de Paris.
The night was hosted by Krishnan Guru-Murthy, and guests were treated to performances from NYT Vintage Members Tom Allen and Sophie Ellis-Bexter, as well as songs from current NYT members and a one off Disney inspired performance directed by Olivier Award winner Adam Meggido.

At the centre of the evening was a tense live auction led by auctioneer Charlie Ross, which saw once in a lifetime prizes up for grabs!

We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone involved, and are absolutely thrilled to announce that the evening raised a total of £205,000 to support NYT in 2018!

Mrs Dalloway

It’s time for the final show of the REP Season 2017! On for two performances only, Mrs Dalloway opens on Monday and is directed by Thomas Bailey, recipient of the Bryan Forbes Director Bursary 2017!

There are still tickets left, so get yourself down to Ambassadors Theatre on Monday for the show.
