The National Youth Theatre is a world-leading youth arts charity that discovers, nurtures and launches Britain’s best young creative talent. The charity is looking for a dynamic new Access and Skills Manager to play a key role in the expansion of our formal and non-formal educational offer at an exciting time of growth for the charity.
This is a new role for an exceptional creative education professional who will thrive managing a growing programme whilst exploiting new opportunities to roll out the NYT’s life-changing educational offer to new markets. The successful candidate will use their experience and expertise in formal education to introduce accreditation to NYT’s courses where relevant, develop new short-course programmes and explore new international markets. Candidates should have at least three years professional experience (preferably at managerial level) in a formal or creative education environment, be passionate about high-quality creative education and match the charity’s ambition to expand arts opportunities to as many young people as possible.

Salary: £30,000 to £33,000, in line with experience
