From 12 January 2019 the National Youth Theatre will be running auditions and backstage interviews all over the UK to meet young people who have a flare for performing and theatre-making. Regardless of experience, we want to meet you!
F Off
Our F Off company kicked off rehearsals on Monday with a research and development week. They’ve been mapping out their relationship with social media, exploring the impact of social media on today’s generation through a whole range of mediums, and getting clued up on the latest social media scandals. REP Company
Rehearsals have also gotten underway this week for the REP Company’s production of Consensual, hitting the stage at Soho Theatre this October. The company have been working with director Pia Furtado, and the creative team all this week.

Playing Up
Last week we said goodbye to our 2017/18 Playing Up Company who completed their Access to Higher Education diploma in Theatre Arts with us this week. They’re all off on the next stage of their journeys now, with some of this year’s graduates going to RADA, ALRA, Rose Bruford, Central School of Speech and Drama, and Rose Bruford.
Preparation has begun for our 2018/19 course and we’re currently recruiting for our next Playing Up Course Assistant. Find out full details and how to apply here!
