New Season

This week we launched our 2018 season in full as we revealed our REP Season, summer programme, a new Auditions Access Fund supported by NYT Alumnus and Patron Hugh Bonneville, and a whole load of new commissions!
Here’s a summary in case you missed it!

New shows
Our 2018 REP Company season heads to Soho Theatre this Autumn with the world premiere of Victoria’s Knickers directed by Ned Bennet, and Evan Placey’s Consensual. Before a new gender fluid Macbeth kicks off at Garrick Theatre.
This summer we’ll be staging F-Off, a new play about the recent Facebook scandal, at the Criterion Theatre, as well as the premiere of a new play by Sophie Ellerby, Function.

We’ve also announced new commissions from playwrights Asif Khan, Rachel De-Lahay, Luke Barnes and Nessah Muthy which will be developed and staged across the UK.

Auditions Access Fund

We’ve also just launched a new Auditions Access Fund, supported by NYT Alumnus and Patron Hugh Bonneville which will provide free support for schools and youth groups which have lost drama provision

Tortoise

On Wednesday night our Playing Up Company had their first performance of their end of course production Tortoise, written by Mark Weinman and directed by Matt Harrison. Running until Saturday 14 July there are a just a couple of chances left to catch the show.

As technology continues to consume us, there are more and more places to hide. This brand new play asks at what point does reality come knocking on its virtual siblings door?

Looking to fill your summer? We have a load of six-day summer masterclasses up for grabs in London, Milton Keynes, Manchester and Guildford.

This Monday we welcome our latest cohort of London Theatre Experience participants from across the globe.
