Say hello to the 2024 NYT REP Company

Over the next 9 months they’ll be taking part in free intensive industry-led training with us, performing on big stages and screen, and will be supported by leading industry mentors and experts along the way.

This is the 11th year of the NYT REP, which is a FREE alternative to formal training and has supported over 170 young performers and 8 directors and engaged over 50 backstage members over 11 years.

95% of young people who have been engaged by the REP have gone on to work professionally in the creative industries and it would have cost them over £1.5m for them to have spent the equivalent time training formally.

Read more about the REP in our impact report below and help maintain this vital free alternative pipeline by supporting us at www.nyt.org.uk/donate
