Nest

It’s 2050 and climate change is shaking the natural world. Now that the bird watchers can no longer watch, Maya’s home will never be the same again…

The award-winning National Youth Theatre and LEEDS 2023 present highlights from NEST an epic outdoor promenade performance against the stunning backdrop of RSPB St Aidan's Nature Park across five performances in September 2023.

Following a cast of 100 performers on a quest through the site, exploring it across several beautiful locations as it is spectacularly animated with music, movement and projection like never before. A timely, urgent and hopeful piece that will showcase world class creative talent and acts as an epic call to action about the future of our planet.
