To celebrate the New Year, we're thrilled to be able to announce the names of our brand new NYT Social Ambassadors, selected to represent NYT throughout 2018.
We love championing the voices of our members, so this brand new NYT Social Ambassador programme will give our members the chance to have their voice heard online, on social media and at NYT events!
Here are our 2018 NYT Social Ambassadors!
Luke joined NYT in 2015, and about to start a new exciting adventure training in Applied Theatre at Drama School in September. He is currently facilitating workshops at home in Gloucestershire, spreading the opportunities & magic of NYT to young people - something Luke's very passionate about ! Through creating and developing a Facebook Group called 'NYT Members' Luke has tried to build a tool for the thousands of NYT Members across the UK to communicate and network more easily. It currently hosts just under 2000 members so, if you're a member, make sure you join too!
After completing the NYT Senior Acting Course in the summer of 2017, Maddie is now embarking on a gap year. She is currently working as a child chaperone backstage on York Theatre Royal's legendary panto whilst she produces her own documentary series for YouTube. After travelling, Maddie aspires to be a journalist and theatre maker.
Zachary is from London and is an actor-dancer with Frantic Assembly and Soho Theatre Young Company. Zachary is currently working on an LGBT+ theatre project with Rikki Beadle-Blair and developing a drag performance at Soho Theatre.
