To help support you stay creative, connected and supported during this uncertain time we’re launching a programme of online workshops, opportunities, free live-streams and weekly creative challenge from our Artistic Director Paul Roseby.
We've run workshops and Q&As with Rosamund Pike, James Graham, Joan Iyiola and Polly Bennett from Monobox, Temi Wilkey, Luke Barnes, Ashley Zhangazha, Kwami Odoom, and more.
Over 5000 young people have taken part since the start of lockdown, reaching audiences of over 1.5 million,

WEEK EIGHT
Weekly Creative Challenge
Set by leading writer for Stage and Screen James Graham (Quiz ITV, Brexit: The Uncivil War C4, The Crown Netflix) at last week's live-streamed members' Q&A.
Write a scene that features two characters, lasts no longer than three of four pages and includes the following:
1. An object of some significance
2. An anxiety (write a list of 20 things you're worried about and pick one)
3. One character who has something that can't be said
4. The other character has a fear (could be fear of death, could be fear of spiders)
5. Put a 'clock' or 'distraction' on the scene e.g. they're on a train and it's about to leave
Email your scripts to info@nyt.org.uk by Friday 22nd May with JAMES GRAHAM in the title and we'll ask James to feedback on some of the best
