The world premiere of a fast-paced and emotionally gripping modern adaptation of Mary Shelley’s classic gothic thriller exploring Artificial Intelligence, emotional learning and what it means to be post-human.

Adapted for stage by Carl Miller (WASTED) directed by Emily Gray (Artistic Director of Trestle Theatre Company) and performed by Britain’s best young talent from the NYT REP Company.

National Youth Theatre Members are invited to join us for the evening performance of Frankenstein, followed by a post-show Q+A session with members of the 2019 REP Company and creative team 

Post-Show Digital Q+A - Thursday 14th November, 7.30pm 

For ticket-holders to this performance, we are holding a free post-show discussion led by digital creatives exploring the virtual reality element of our produciton of Frankesntein. 

Relaxed Performance - Saturday 23rd November, 2.30pm
Our relaxed performances mean you are free to move about, make noise and we have an open door policy where you can come and go as you please.
There is a chill-out space available if you need a quiet moment. Reasonable adjustments have been made to this performance to make it more accessible.

Frankenstein will be staged by the National Youth Theatre in REP with Great Expectations at the Southwark Playhouse. The 2019 NYT REP Company will also stage A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Criterion Theatre in December 2019 and January 2020.
