| 14- 17 | 7pm- 9pm |
Whether you're new to the world of acting, or already have a performance background, everyone is welcome to join Drama Club!
Each term runs over the course of 10 weeks, including a one-week break at half term
Led by two industry professionals,
Term 2 of Drama Club will have a focus on Audition Technique, Self-Tapes, and begin to introduce participants to Acting for Screen. Participants will gain an understanding of what's required of an actor in the audition room (for both stage and screen), learn a variety of self-tape techniques, and will have the opportunity to rehearse and perform monologues and duologues. The Term will end with an internal mock casting day, where participants will perform their chosen monologue in front of a panel. The casting tapes will be filmed and sent to parents/guardians.
