This week-long course during the Easter holidays allows you to experience all aspects of how we make original theatre at National Youth Theatre. Want to see your original creative ideas come to life? Experience being a writer, performer, director and most importantly a company member all in one week!
At the end of the week there will be a sharing of the work YOU created that friends and family can attend in our Workshop Theatre.
Based in our RIBA award-winning building.

Can I take part?
This course is available for anyone aged 14-17 whether they are active members of NYT or new to the organisation
Am I eligible for a free place?
At The National Youth Theatre we never want cost to be a barrier, that's why we offer limited free spaces on each course. For a free place, please fill out the short application form here
I have access needs, can I take part?
Our courses are accessible for disabled and neurodivergent people; we can make adjustments to meet access requirements. What should I bring?
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, notepad, a pen and a snack (NYT is next to many shops, cafes and a Sainsburys)
