Do you want to learn more about behind the scenes opportunities in theatre, film and TV?
Creative Night School: Intro to Performance is a FREE opportunity for young people aged 19 - 30 to discover more about theatre, film & TV production, and hone new skills at the National Youth Theatre.
Over six sessions led by industry professionals, you'll explore more about how theatre, film, and TV are made from the origins of an idea, through process to production. You'll learn more about the different disciplines that go into creating theatre, film & TV - from sound design, to lighting, to what a runner or a DOP does. This course will also help to increase employability, opening access to a breadth of dynamic opportunities across the creative sector.
The course will run from 6pm - 8:30pm every Wednesday from 14th May - 18th June at the National Youth Theatre on Holloway Road, London with bursaries available towards local travel.

How to Apply
Creative Night School prioritises applications from young people who are underrepresented in the creative industries in order to diversify and enrich the creative sector. No previous experience is necessary.
Please note: to be eligible for this course, you MUST be resident of one of the following boroughs: Islington, Haringey, Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Camden.
You must also meet at least one of the following requirements:

Household income below the London Living Wage (Less than £27k)

Currently not in employment, education or training
