Breaking into Motion and Performance Capture: An Actor's Guide

In this weekend masterclass, course director Phoebe Hyder will break down the key things you need to know about the Motion / Performance Capture world from a performers perspective, as well as things that will help you get into working within the Games and Mocap/P-Cap Industry.
These sessions are for people with zero volume experience and aims to give you a grass roots understanding of this side of the industry ranging from terminology, technique, industry advice and self-tapes.
This workshop will include a mixture of practical movement work to help when tackling self-tapes/creature work and a Q&A so please come ready to move with lots of questions too!

Phoebe trained in motion and performance capture at The Imaginairum Studios with PCAUK. Phoebe was part of the groundbreaking Live motion capture performance of ‘Dream’ made by The RSC, Marshmallow Laser Feast and The Royal Philharmonia Orchestra.
