National Youth Theatre Summer Courses Are Go
And we’re off.
Last week the first of over 30 courses across 8 locations around the UK kicked off in Glasgow. This summer we’ll also be in Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds, London and Kent meeting a new generation of young creative talent on and off stage.

Career Kickstart Bristol & Manchester
This summer we're running a brand new course for actors aged 18-25 in Bristol looking to kick start their careers.
BRISTOL
Dates: 10am - 5pm Tuesday 6th - Saturday 10th August 2024

Over the course of five days of intensive training with a leading industry NYT associate participants will develop their professional practice in: Script Work, Acting for Screen, Auditioning, Devising and connecting with Industry Professionals.
The course will culminate in a public performance and industry Q&A. On completing the course applicants will be given access to a film of their performance.

Whether you have engaged with the National Youth Theatre before or are brand new to the organisation, we are looking for young people to join NYTs Drama Club Summer in Bristol!
During the course, you'll learn skills and techniques in areas including: Voice, movement, devising theatre, text analysis, improvisation and character development.
