Assemble

Assemble is a new national programme from National Youth Theatre. Building on National Youth Theatre’s embedded ongoing inclusion programming, Assemble will be engaging young disabled people in non-mainstream schools initially across London, Manchester, and South Wales, using creative workshops and cultural visits to empower youth voice and build local inclusive community networks.

We are looking for volunteers age 18 - 30 to join this national inclusion programme. Join the team to develop your inclusive practice skills and experience alongside disabled young people aged 16-25 in London, Manchester, and Wales and take part in creative workshops, explore your local communities and cultural events, and together become advocates for change. An enhanced DBS check and high-quality training on safeguarding, inclusive practice, and facilitation is provided, as well as other opportunities for CPD and professional development. Expenses provided.
