Auditions and Backstage Interviews

Accessibility, fees and funding

We are looking for a company who represent the diversity of Britain’s Youth. We celebrate individuals and do not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, gender, sexuality or disability. If you require any assistance on your audition day or course, or have any access needs please don’t hesitate to contact us on

We strongly believe in offering equal opportunities and pride ourselves on accessibility. Bursaries are available on request to help cover the cost of an audition, course fees, or NYT projects to those most in need. The NYT Bursary Fund is in high demand so we ask you only to apply for a bursary if you are experiencing financial hardship. They are means tested and will be offered to part cover transport, course fees or accommodation costs should you be successful in gaining a place.

Every year young people fundraise the full amount of their audition and course fees in order to take part. Please check out our guide to fundraising your audition or course experience.
