Start your story with the NYT this Summer

This summer we’re packing in even more ways you can get involved with the home of Britain’s best young talent. From six-day masterclasses, to one day workshops, get the most out of your summer and join us!

Ages 11-14

Start-Up Summer (non-residential)
31st July - 5th August 2017 (six day short course)
Location: Pimlico, London

This six day course is the perfect introduction to the NYT’s approach to ensemble theatre making. Using story-telling, chorus, character and song, you will develop your talent working as part of a company. Ideal for those who are already taking part in our Saturday classes, or those who would like to get involved for the first time. On the final day there will be a sharing of your work to friends & family.

Audition Feedback Sessions
10am - 1pm or 2pm - 5pm, Saturday 3rd June , St Gabriel's Hall, Pimlico, London

Led by a NYT auditioner, this session is a great opportunity to gain a valuable insight into the auditioning process. Get feedback on top do’s and don’ts in the audition room, and advice on how to improve your technique. DNA Cast Post Show Q&A 2pm, Saturday 17th June, NYT Rehearsal Rooms, London Watch an NYT production followed by an exclusive opportunity to ask the cast and director questions. Learn more about our style of productions and how we work with young actors. September Restart 2pm, Saturday 16th September, NYT Rehearsal Rooms, London Thinking about Drama School? Wondering about your options after school or how you can get involved with theatre during your studies? Led by NYT associates and alumni, this event is the perfect opportunity to learn more about how you can pursue your passion for theatre.
