Matt Harrison is an award winning director and theatre maker. As well as directing James Fritz’s The Fall for National Youth Theatre, Matt is currently working as Associate Director on the West End production of Lady Windermere’s Fan directed by Kathy Burke. As an assistant director to Emma Rice on Kneehigh’s ‘The Flying Lovers of Vitebsk’, Matt’s approach to theatre making is often rooted in a physical and ensemble practice.

Matt trained at East 15 Acting and the National Youth Theatre. He was awarded the 2015 Bryan Forbes Bursary throughout which he was mentored by Michael Attenborough CBE at the National Youth Theatre. Matt has created and directed work at venues including the New Diorama, Finborough and Ambassadors Theatre.
