Orpheus & Eurydice, a myth underground

23 August – 17 September 2011

Molly Davies' radical re-imagination of the ancient story of Orpheus' descent into the Underworld to rescue his beloved Eurydice.

This modern myth will be staged by James Dacre (director of the Olivier award-winning Mountaintop) in the cavernous underworld of The Old Vic Tunnels with music by James Johnston, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds.
